Less than six weeks after selling for $105 million, already a local record, the largest oceanfront property in Miami Beach was put back on the market after renovations for $169 million. This 22,000 sq. ft. estate includes a home theater, fitness center, billiards room, an indoor racquetball court, and more.
This property, sitting on 18.46 acres of land, boasted the title of largest home for sale in Miami-Dade when it was listed in 2023. It also houses one of the largest residential glass domes in Miami. Despite this title, it came in a relatively low price compared to the other homes we’ve discussed so far at $17.8 million.
This trio of homes in Palm Island broke local records for their $150 million list price. These homes are listed together as a package deal, making the price appear much higher than it is when considering it’s split between three homes. Combined, they contain 35,385 sq. ft of living space and 300 feet of waterfront.
Although technically no longer a home, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, previously known as Villa Vizcaya, is the biggest mansion in Miami, at 38,000 square feet. It was once the home of millionaire James Deering, but has since become a museum and garden space for the public to enjoy.
